United Community Services of America (UCSA) is the marketing company behind the Free Electricity project. It does not, however, deal directly with the public, but distributes its products and services through a nationwide network of 2,000 independently owned and operated dealerships. The UCSA dealership responsible for promoting the Free Electricity Program on this website is TechKnowLogic Devices. We at TechKnowLogic Devices are currently a small “operation” with irregular hours, so it is impractical to contact us directly by phone. For this reason we have attempted to provide as much information as possible on this site in the hope of answering all the questions that might arise about this project.
